Senior Lawn Technician | North Shore, MA

Welcome to WEEDMAN LAWN CARE! We are a small business looking for a great person to join our team this 2023 season! We have been in business for 7 years and specialize in high-end lawn care for the North Shore/Cape Ann area.

The Senior Lawn Technician will be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers with the opportunity to work towards company ownership.

FULL TIME - (40 - 40+ Weekly hrs.)

WAGE: ($60K) + Bonus Opportunities

Salary Available for full year employment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to: granular fertilizer, granular insecticides, spot spray/blanket spray weed control, etc.
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn
• Schedule, track, and report daily production and calibration data
• Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean uniform
• Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
• "Core" Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License REQUIRED
• Kind and thoughtful personality traits
• Experience in a supervisory position in a related industry is preferred 
• Basic understanding of computer input systems, MS office, and ability to troubleshoot problems 
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
